This website is operated by MasterYourBody, a trading brand operated by MATUS LTD, company number 17109175, registered at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ.
Throughout these Terms, “MasterYourBody”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to MATUS LTD.
By accessing our website, placing an order, purchasing or downloading a product, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to make a purchase.
If you are under the applicable age of majority, your use of our products or services must be authorized and supervised by a parent or legal guardian where required.
2. Our Products
MasterYourBody provides products and educational resources relating to areas including:
nutrition, food, meal preparation, fitness, training, wellness, lifestyle, healthy habits, productivity, personal development, and general wellbeing.
Products may include:
- eBooks;
- PDF guides;
- cookbooks;
- recipe collections;
- meal plans;
- training programs;
- wellness resources;
- educational guides;
- checklists;
- planners;
- templates;
- digital tools;
- bundles;
- other downloadable products;
- selected services; and
- physical products where offered.
3. Digital Products
Digital products are supplied electronically.
A purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the purchased content for your own lawful personal use.
You are purchasing access to or a licence to use the content. You are not purchasing ownership of our copyright, trademarks, design, intellectual property, or underlying materials.
4. Prohibited Distribution and Resale
Unless we expressly authorize it in writing, you must not:
copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, sublicense, upload, publicly share, publish, commercially exploit, give away, distribute through file-sharing services, or provide access to our digital products to another person.
You must not purchase a product for the purpose of reproducing it, creating an unauthorized competing copy, or selling substantially duplicated content.
Unauthorized distribution may result in termination of access and enforcement of our intellectual property rights.
5. Account and Download Abuse
We may use reasonable security measures to prevent fraud and unauthorized sharing.
Where we reasonably identify abnormal download activity, unauthorized redistribution, payment fraud, or abuse, we may suspend or restrict access while we investigate.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory statutory consumer rights.
6. Health, Nutrition and Fitness Disclaimer
MasterYourBody content is provided for general educational and informational purposes.
It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescription, physiotherapy, psychological treatment, or individualized healthcare advice.
Our products are not intended to replace advice from a doctor, registered dietitian, physiotherapist, psychologist, pharmacist, or other appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Individual nutritional requirements, fitness capabilities, medical histories, allergies, intolerances, medications, injuries, and responses to exercise or diet differ.
Before beginning a significant new diet, exercise program, supplementation strategy, or wellness practice, consider whether professional advice is appropriate for your circumstances.
7. Allergies and Food Safety
Recipe and nutrition content may contain or refer to common allergens.
You are responsible for checking ingredients, labels, cross-contamination warnings, food-storage requirements, preparation methods, and suitability for your individual needs.
Ingredient formulations and manufacturer information may change.
Where there is any conflict between our general educational content and the label or official safety instructions of a food or product, follow the relevant official instructions.
8. Exercise and Training Risk
Physical exercise involves inherent risks.
You are responsible for exercising within your own capabilities, using suitable equipment and technique, stopping activity if you experience concerning symptoms, and seeking qualified professional advice where appropriate.
Nothing in our training content guarantees that an exercise is suitable for every individual.
9. No Guaranteed Results
We do not guarantee specific weight loss, muscle gain, fitness improvement, health outcomes, performance results, appearance changes, or other individual results.
Results vary according to individual circumstances, implementation, consistency, genetics, lifestyle, health, diet, training, and other factors outside our control.
Testimonials or examples represent individual experiences and are not guarantees of identical results.
10. Nutrition Information
Where calories, macronutrients, portion sizes, or other nutritional values are provided, they may be estimates based on commonly available ingredient information.
Actual values can differ because of brands, preparation methods, ingredient substitutions, portion sizes, and measurement differences.
11. Product Descriptions
We aim to describe our products accurately.
Images, mockups, device previews, book representations, and visual presentations of digital products may be used to illustrate the product.
Where a product is digital, the product page will identify it as a digital product/download, and no physical copy is supplied unless expressly stated.
12. Orders
We reserve the right to reject, cancel, limit, or review an order where reasonably necessary because of:
suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing or technical errors, unauthorized resale, abuse of promotions, security concerns, or other legitimate operational reasons.
If we cancel an eligible paid order, the appropriate payment will be refunded where required.
13. Prices and Promotions
Prices may change at any time before purchase.
Discounts, launch prices, bundles, promotional offers, and limited-time offers may be modified or withdrawn.
A promotional price does not create an entitlement to that price on future purchases.
14. Payment
Payments are processed through Shopify Payments and/or other payment providers made available at checkout.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
We generally do not receive or store complete card information.
15. Digital Delivery
You are responsible for entering a valid email address and maintaining access to the email account used during purchase.
Delivery problems caused by an incorrect email address, spam filtering, or customer-side restrictions do not automatically entitle the customer to a refund where access can reasonably be restored.
16. Immediate Digital Supply and Cancellation
Certain digital products are designed to be delivered immediately after payment.
Where required by law, we will request the customer's express consent to immediate supply and acknowledgement that the applicable statutory cancellation right may be lost once supply begins.
Nothing in these Terms removes any statutory right that cannot legally be excluded.
17. Refunds
Refunds, cancellations, digital-content remedies, physical-product returns, and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
18. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you experience an issue with a legitimate purchase, we encourage you to contact support@masteryourbody.com first so we can attempt to resolve it.
Where a chargeback or payment dispute is opened after a digital product has been successfully supplied, we may provide the payment provider with relevant evidence, including transaction records, delivery records, download or access records, correspondence, fraud-screening information, and the applicable terms accepted at purchase.
This does not restrict a customer's lawful right to dispute an unauthorized, fraudulent, defective, or otherwise legally disputable transaction.
19. Physical Products
Where physical products are offered, applicable product information, fulfillment terms, shipping terms, and return rights will be disclosed through the relevant product page and store policies.
20. Intellectual Property
All MasterYourBody branding, original text, graphics, product layouts, downloads, guides, educational materials, photographs, designs, logos, and other original content are owned by or licensed to MATUS LTD unless otherwise stated.
No rights are granted except the limited rights expressly provided in these Terms.
21. User Conduct
You must not use our website to commit fraud, distribute malware, interfere with security, obtain unauthorized access, impersonate another person, infringe intellectual property rights, scrape protected content for unauthorized commercial use, or engage in unlawful conduct.
22. Third-Party Services
Our website may use services provided by Shopify, payment processors, analytics providers, marketing platforms, digital-delivery services, and other third parties.
Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
23. Website Availability
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website or every digital-delivery system.
We may conduct maintenance, security updates, repairs, or modifications where reasonably necessary.
24. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by:
customer misuse of a product, unauthorized modification, failure to follow instructions, inaccurate customer-provided information, unauthorized sharing, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Our use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy settings.
26. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our business, products, technology, or applicable requirements.
Changes do not remove mandatory rights that already apply to completed purchases.
27. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Where a consumer is entitled to mandatory protections under the laws of their country or region, nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive that consumer of those mandatory protections.
