Refund Policy
Refund Policy
Last updated: October 15, 2026
MasterYourBody is operated by MATUS LTD.
This Refund Policy applies to digital products, services, and physical products where offered.
Digital Products
MasterYourBody primarily sells digital content supplied electronically, including eBooks, guides, cookbooks, meal plans, training programs, educational products, planners, templates, downloads, and bundles.
Because digital products can be supplied immediately and cannot practically be “returned” after access has been provided, change-of-mind refunds are generally not available after lawful immediate digital supply has begun, subject always to mandatory consumer rights.
Immediate Delivery and Cancellation Rights
Where required by applicable law, before digital content is supplied during a statutory cancellation period, you will be asked to:
expressly request or consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel may be lost once supply begins.
For UK consumers, the statutory cancellation right for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium can cease once supply begins after the customer has provided the required express consent and acknowledgement. Legislation.gov.uk
Change-of-Mind Requests
After valid digital delivery/access has begun, we generally do not provide refunds solely because:
- you changed your mind;
- you no longer want the product;
- you did not use or download the product after access was made available;
- you purchased a product you later decided you did not need;
- you expected a personal result that was never guaranteed;
- you failed to read an accurate product description before purchasing.
This does not affect any statutory right that cannot legally be excluded.
Duplicate Purchases
If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same product in the same transaction context, contact us.
Where we verify an accidental duplicate charge, we will provide the appropriate remedy.
Non-Delivery
If payment was successful but you did not receive access, contact:
We will first attempt to locate the order and restore or resend access.
A correctable email or download-delivery problem does not automatically require cancellation of an otherwise valid digital order.
Faulty or Misdescribed Digital Content
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Under UK consumer law, digital content must meet applicable statutory requirements, and remedies may include repair/replacement, price reduction, or refund in circumstances provided by law. Legislation.gov.uk
If you believe your digital product is materially defective or materially different from what was advertised, contact us and explain the issue.
Where reasonable, we may first attempt to provide a corrected file, replacement download, updated version, or restored access.
Download Compatibility
Where file format or technical requirements are clearly disclosed before purchase, inability to use the product because the customer's device or software does not meet those disclosed requirements will not normally create a refund entitlement beyond any mandatory legal rights.
Unauthorized Sharing
A customer who redistributes, resells, publicly uploads, shares, or otherwise uses purchased digital content outside the permitted licence may have their access restricted.
Unauthorized distribution does not create a right to refund.
Fraud and Chargeback Abuse
We reserve the right to challenge payment disputes that we reasonably believe are inaccurate, fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with documented delivery/access.
Evidence supplied to a payment provider may include:
order records, customer information, payment records, delivery records, download/access records, IP/device information where lawfully available, correspondence, and the terms applicable to the purchase.
Nothing in this section limits legitimate statutory or payment-dispute rights.
Physical Products
MasterYourBody may introduce physical products.
Where applicable, eligible UK distance-sale consumers generally have statutory cancellation rights for qualifying goods, subject to legal exceptions and conditions.
Before physical products are launched, this policy will be updated with the applicable return address, return-cost responsibility, product-specific exclusions, and relevant return instructions.
Do not send products to our registered office unless specifically instructed.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Physical Products
Where physical products are offered, mandatory legal rights relating to faulty, damaged, misdescribed, or incorrect goods will apply.
Contact us promptly with your order information and reasonable evidence of the issue.
Refund Method
Where a refund is legally required or approved, it will normally be returned using the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed where legally permitted.
For qualifying UK digital-content remedies, applicable refunds must be made without undue delay and, where the Consumer Rights Act requires, within 14 days after entitlement is agreed. Legislation.gov.uk
Refund Processing Time
After MasterYourBody issues a refund, your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the credit appears on your account.
We do not control third-party banking processing times.
